1. d) Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data CollectionYour personal data may be collected by the Company through any written, verbal, or electronic means, by automatic or non-automatic methods, and based on different legal grounds for the purposes stated in this Notice.The collected data may also be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in sections (b) and (c) of this notice, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.The Company will retain your personal data for the period required by the purposes of processing, as well as to fulfill obligations arising from contracts. In case of a potential legal dispute, personal data may be stored for the duration of the statute of limitations as required by relevant legislation.

For responses exceeding ten pages, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the tariff specified by the law. If the response is provided on a storage medium (e.g., CD or USB), the cost of the medium will be charged to the applicant.
